How do I change color of the very top information bar. The default color is grey with black writing not much contrast.

I looked under global setting but could not find the correct item.

Thanks

No, it is the very top information bar with earth logo on the upper left, next to the right of that is the symbol, then to the right of that is the time frame, etc. It the very top info bar it also has the chart minimize, maximize and close icon in it.

ok

I could not find it in the Sierra settings anywhere either.

But that may be a windows operating system setting. I know the resolution setting under windows affects that border, so it may be adjustable somewhere in windows.

If I find it , I will let you know.

This is the title bar you are referring to and is controlled through the operating system. We recommend to disable the transparency if it is enabled in Windows.
