The Custom Label Text of the Time Line study is not displayed in forward projection areas, only the line is. See attached screenshot.

We have added an option to display the labels in the forward projection area. This change will be in the next pre-release (v 2636). You will have to specify that you want the lines in the forward projection area (as you do now) and then you will also have to specify that you want the labels displayed with the lines in the forward projection area.
