Hello Support: I appear to have been filled at a level that the ES didn't trade. I entered long at 2:59:59 on 2/5/24 @ 5069.00 I had a stop loss 4 Ticks away at 5068.00 I was stopped out at 3:00:18 @ 5067.75 Why does my Trade Orders log show at fill at 3:00:18 of 5065.00? (see attached) Why was I filled at 5067.75 instead of 5068.00? How as I filled at 5067.75, when the ES had't traded at that level as of 3:00:18? (see attached screenshot) Thanks. I'm sure I'm missing something and I'd like to understand if I'm doing something wrong as I've had this happen more than once before. |
