Hello,

Some custom indicator requires OpenGL, but it keeps disabling OpenGL check mark in Others - Global - Graphics setting.

Please let me know how to enable it.

I checked and OpenGL is working fine and have latest driver on my Parallels Windows 11 VM on my Mac. All displays have openGL working fine.

We do not know why this is occurring. Is the custom study doing this? Also this may have something to do with running Parallels, but we do not know, nor can we give any answer related to this.

The ARM version of the exe is resolving the OpenGL issue when run in admin mode but not the normal exe. I need the normal exe to resolve it because ARM version is unable to find any of custom DLL files in data folder, even though they are there and working fine with regular exe file.

Running SierraChart_64.exe in admin mode, is now disabling many other options as shown in the two screenshots attached.

Those options are disabled because you selected "Chart >> Graphics Settings - Chart", and those options are not available for the chart specific graphics settings. You need to change those in the Global Graphics Settings by selecting "Global Settings >> Graphics Settings".

oh ok, sorry. I sent wrong screenshot, but the main thing is , openGL is not enabling on M3 ARM architecture based processor running Parallels even though Parallels is running the latest version of OpenGl tested fine as per my previous screenshots.
