Cannot close Sierra

So I have several windows set to always visible and always on top. When I tried to close Sierra, it got stuck because the save all popup is behind a window and I cannot access it. Anything I click makes a sound and I cannot close, click, or edit anything. Please advise.

When this occurs use the "Escape" key (upper left corner typically marked as "esc"). Selecting this key on the keyboard should remove the Save All popup so you can move things around so you can access it again when you exit.
