Hello new to Sierra Charts, I need some help please. I cannot figure out why I still have delayed data, when I am signed up for CME data? It's very frustrating, and the message boards seem to be of no help. Please can any one help. I did open an account through Stage 5 so I hope not to deal with this delayed data, I am just waiting on the funding to go through. JIm Kelly

The reason you still are getting the Delayed Streaming Data is because you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account yet. Once you have your account setup with Stage 5 and you connect to that account, you will start to get the real-time data. There is a "Verified Until" date associated with your account, which updates to 30 days in the future when you make the connection to your live trading account. This date needs to be in the future or you will not be able to get the real-time data for the CME Group. One more question please, i do have 2 futures account now, one with TD Ameritrade and one on the Ninga platform., and I pay for CME data there, can they be used? Thank you for your help, its much appreciated. Jim
