Not showing (sometimes it shows up) order fills, entery and stop

Hello engineers, I have and issue with showing my order fills entries,stop loss and take profit. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don't without changing account or settings. Restarting Sierra chart helps sometimes and sometimes not. I have the same in with Sim and live execution. In the trade activity log shows every fill correctly. I use Sierra chart for some time now and I know I don't have border you guys with settings and I went through the manual and support board documentation. I did do an update of Sierra chart latest version. I cleared al fill order data in the activity log. Every setting like "show order fills" are checked. The settings in chart trade settings and general trade settings are checked several times and should be fine ( compared with other Sierra Chart user that don't have that issue). I hope you can help me out here or give me a hint. Thank you for your time and effort. |

We would like to concentrate on the Simulation Mode situation where this occurs, as this is definitely something that should not occur, given what you have stated. Please let us know know when this occurs in Simulation mode and get us an image of your chart and your Trade Activity Log by following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: Attaching or Posting a Screenshot/Image (Optional) We also need to know if the order was placed on that chart or on another one.
