I want to use "Global Settings-> Global Profit/Loss Management->Flatten Positions When Loss Rules Met". I trade multiple products. Each product has a different commission rate. Therefore, I cannot use "Global Settings->Symbols Settings->Use Global Round Turn Commission".

The commission rates are currently not added to the daily loss limit, so had I not manually stopped trading today, the current value in the "Loss Trigger Value" would not have been hit.

How do I make sure that the system auto-liquidates all positions and locks me out once: [Starting Account Balance] - [Current Account Balance] > Loss Trigger Value?

The "Global Profit/Loss Management" feature does not take into account commissions. It is not something that will be changed.
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:

User740504 - my 2 cents. I don't use "Global Profit/Loss Management" feature. I calculate net profit/loss including commissions via alert formula. Same is the case with flatten @ daily max profit/loss, timestop at session close, catastrophic loss etc. I also pad my pnl with couple of ticks to account for slippage, gaps etc. Works pretty well.

Thanks. I was hoping it was built in but if I need to make it myself so be it.
