I started the trial version today but do not receive delayed data for ES (CME) while for some forex I do receive data. I already went through the documentation and followed the steps listed there. But still I do not receive the data.

Did you post this prior to Activating you trial? Without the activation, you are limited in the symbols for which you can get data. An activated trial is not limited. And we see that your account is an Activated Trial, so you should not be having any issue getting data for the symbol ESM24-CME at this time.
