Missing data, consistently

Hi, I consistently get missing trade data. On a 1 trade/bar chart, I have no data for one hour. I have tried connecting/re-connecting to data feed, I have tried deleting and reloading data; nothing works.

This is not the first time this happened, this is a reoccurring problem.

Attaching most recent example.

Please advise.
