I have a couple of questions. The first question is are you guy's a trading platform, a brokerage firm, a charting platform, a data feed service or any of the above combined formats. I am using rithmic and can't seem to get your charts on their platform. I trade directly on what seems to be your platform. The second question is, I was playing around with your indicators and I had horizontal (red and green bars)buy sell bars on the right side of the chart along with the number of buy sell contracts and the percentages of the buy/sell contract. I can't seem to find that indicator and really want to explore it more, do you happen to know which one it is? Your timely response would be greatly appreciated. Sierra Chart Support |

Hi Support I am using SC Forex Data (FXCM) and using US30 symbol for the Dow and quite often its out as much as 6pts compared to the broker or Thinkorswim charts. Is it inaccurate or is it something you are unaware of and can it be corrected. Matt |

Are you comparing US30 to a futures contract? If so, it will be different because it is not a futures market. It should closely follow the cash market. We have no ability to modify that data.
