YPixelCoordinateToGraphValue is not working if 'chart trade mode' is off

As of version 49706, if 'chart trade mode' is off, sc.YPixelCoordinateToGraphValue(50) return -35000000.0. However, if 'chart trade mode' is on, sc.YPixelCoordinateToGraphValue(50) return 5275.30811. Hence, YPixelCoordinateToGraphValue is not working if 'chart trade mode' is off.

This problem is mitigated as I have fixed another error in the code which prevents the tool not updated correctly if 'chart trade mode' is off. Please close case. Thanks.
