Market depth historical graph is not working on delayed data

I have active subscription, but not live data for Eurex or other exchanges. In the past Market depth historical graph worked just fine on delayed data, but right now is all messy( see attached screenshots). Other studies seems to work fine. I tried to open new chart, delete/download data, load chart from other exchange, nothing helped. Please advise.

I checked all the items, they are enabled, as I didnt changed anything from the time Market depth was working. The only way I'm able to get Market depth historical graph to work now, is to use "Download Depth Data from Date-Time". I noticed something else that could be the problem. The delayed bars are not updated in real time. The only way to get the new bars to form is to shut Sierra down and restart it. Should it be like that?

It looks like you are on an older release. If this is correct, then the issue is that you need to update to the current release. Follow these instructions to update:
