I have two questions/problems. Firstly I would like to know how I can display both the letters and blocks in the TPO profile, as I can only have one or the other showing.
Secondly I cannot use the DOM for one of my contracts. Its not populating. I have also had the message "Error sending order....

1. You cannot display both Letters and Blocks. It is one or the other.

2. So you are not seeing market depth data? For what symbol?

What Data or Trading service are you using? See this page for the list:
http://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=data.php&CAID=def

Or, select "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings". What is the "Service" at the top left set to?

3. For the error with sending the order, we need to see the complete order error line from the Trade >> Trade Activity Log. Copy and paste it here.

Why does the help then show this setup, the second chart under TPO Profile Charts - Sierra Chart.htm
It was with all the symbols but I restarted the platform and they now appear to be working

We have looked at the image and what it shows is that the background of the letters is highlighted indicate the Value area and Point of Control.

You need to set these TPO Profile Chart study inputs as follows:
Highlight TPO Value Area and Point of Control to Yes
Color Letters for Value Area and Point of Control Instead of Background to No.
