Not Working: Clear Trade Simulation Orders and Data

On the previous version I was using, Trade > Clear Trade Simulation Orders and Data was taking 20-30 seconds to clear everything. Hoping to speed things up, I just d/l'ed the current version, but now it doesn't work at all.

The only way I can clear all the simulation trade activity is to go to Trade Activity, select all the trades, and then Edit > Delete.

Will you take a look at that please.

Just noticed, even though Trade > Clear Trade Simulation Orders doesn't seem to be working, if I restart SC, then those simulation orders/trades are gone after SC comes back up.

We are not seeing any issues with the "Trade >> Clear Trade Simulation Orders and Data".

After selecting this option and the data is not removed, open your "Message Log" and see if there is anything showing in there towards the bottom, that may give some reason why you are having an issue with this.

Okay... I just made a SIM trade, opened Message Log, tried to clear that trade, nothing happened, waited a full minute, the trade was still in Trade Activity, and nothing popped up in the Message Log.

So I restarted SC and that SIM trade had been removed.

Here's another clue: Made another Sim trade, same thing happened, but this time I tried Edit > Refresh Log and it removed the trade.

So Clear is actually working, but the Trade Activity Log is not automatically updating.

Just d/l'd the latest version and "Clear Trade Simulation Orders and Data" still doesn't work.

The version you have is not the latest version. The date of that version is the same date of your post. and before, where we said we would solve the problem. So it is not going to change anything.

You need to use the latest prerelease which only came out this evening:

Okay, so technically it now works, but those SIM trades used to be removed in a few seconds... now it takes a full minute.

When running SIM tests, that sure does slow things down.

Regarding this, refer to:

There are no changes which affect the time to delete Trade Activity.

That did it. SIM trades are now cleared instantly.
