Hi! I'm using Apex funded account (evaluation at the moment) and "Trade->Trade Account And Monitor/Balance Window" is showing the balance correctly, but at "Spreadsheet System For Trading" I have just zero at cell J47. How can I get the balance updated also at spreadsheet? |

The information should match up, unless there has not been anything to update the chart, such as when the markets are closed, so there is no new data coming in to force an update. If you are still having an issue with this, then check the Spreadsheet System for Trading Input for "Use Column I and J Values Version 2" and see if this is set to "Yes". Cells I47 and J47 are the Account Balance in the old version (this Input set to "No"), in the new version the Account Balance is in cells I38/J38. Hi John, It is working now. I had the number format set as time, which then shows zero. Sorry about that, should have figured that out in the first place. |
