Incorrect Session Volume Profile for stocks

Hello Support, I have set up a 30-minute volume profile chart for stock but the volume profile for the first 30 minutes is incorrect. Most of the time, the first 30-minute volume profile only displays "Low Volume" when it should have the most volume or has the POC stuck at a particular price point. I suspect there is either some setting issues with my chart or there is a data issue. Please see the attached images for your information. The volume profile for QQQ should resemble the profile of NQ Date Time Of Last Edit: 2024-04-03 19:46:12

First make sure that the time zone of the chart is set correctly and the Session Times. For example if you are using US Eastern time, the Session Start Time for the chart needs to be 9:30:00. Refer to: Time Zone Setting And you also need to use the US consolidated tape symbols: US Stock/Equities Consolidated Tape Data Feed For example: MSFT If you need real-time data then you need to pay the real-time exchange fee.
