Problems connecting Apex to Sierra Charts

Hi I am trying to connect Apex to SC. I have read everything i can find and followed the instructions but there is something i am missing because it is still not working. For full disclaimer I am running a separate instance or SC connected to Top Step witch also connects to Rhythmic and it works fine. I have attached a image of my trade service settings. |

Hi and thanks you for the information. I found some other documents from Rithmic and a youtube video that explained everything step by step I hope this helps if anyone else has this problem.....
