Error when trying to connect to Teton

I'm able to establish this connection on one computer, but I want to move my algo to a server. I went through the same steps to connect on my server, but when attempting to connect, I get an error message: Connection error: No trade accounts assigned. I tried disconnecting from my first PC and even uninstalling the Sierra software, but I still can't get the connection to work on my server.

If you are connecting to the same Teton account and that is working on one computer then it should work on another one. If it is not working on one of the computers, then this would mean that something is not right in the setup on that computer.
