Stuck at continuous contract data

Dear Sierra.
Iam trading Eurex products thru cqg and today i activate the CME.
But the chart is stuck at "Downloading continuous contract data"
As you can see(uploaded photo) i have the correct symbol and service but the chart isnt loading.
Meanwhile i can load Eurex data properly.

Depending on how much data you are trying to download, it can take awhile.

If you are able to interact with the Sierra Chart interface while you have the message "Downloading Continuous Contract Data", then the system is downloading the data and you just need to wait for it to complete. If you are not able to interact with the system, then this would imply that the software is "locked up" for some reason and you would need to restart it.
