I'm trying Apex prop. I have set up their Apex Rithmic Direct data feed, but I have lost my Market Depth.
I have all three-sections filled out. Another SC Apex user has only the first field filled out and he's getting all his data. When I tried that, I didn't have any data.
I'm at a loss

You have to buy Market Depth from Apex separately, in my experience.

I didn't see any place for purchasing Market depth. Another trader says he's using his Denali feed, but I can't figure out how to set it up.
He's in Europe. Is this possible and how?

We see that you have the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Trading Accounts" active. But you will not be getting the real-time data yet, as you have not connected to your live, funded, futures trading account recently. Your "Verified Until" date is currently showing as "2024-03-23", which is expired. Once you connect to your live account, this date will update to 30 days in the future. You can view this date at the following link:

OK. I connected twice last week. I'm getting market depth data on my Denali feed at this very moment.
I received this message from Rithmic.

APEX-1xxxxxx has requested 40319017541 bytes of historical market data out of a limit of 40000000000.
At this point our system has automatically suspended all Historical Market Data Privileges for this user for the remainder of the week.

The reason you got that message is that you are using the Rithmic data from APEX since your "Verified Until" date for the CME Group data from us is expired. Once you get connected to your live trading account and your "Verified Until" date updates, you will not have to worry about that message, as the data will be coming from us and we do not have any historical data limitations.

I'm using AMP,
So, I'm back to using Denali, I should be verified now, correct?
I went back to Rhythmic, and I still didn't have Market Depth.

To be honest, I was using Bulenox Prop / Rhythmic and I didn't have this problem. I only started With Apex over the weekend, and I'm having these issues.

Your "Verified Until" date has not updated (it still shows as "2024-03-23"). What trading service are you using with AMP?

WHat do I need to do? I'm using Amp Futures, I was using Denali Data Feed. Do I need to restart up my CQG data feed to get Rhythmic Marke Data.

You have a trading account with AMP on CQG? Connect to that.

Thank you for the assistance. I have the solution needed. It's hidden, but there is a market Depth additional fee if wanted. Apex Support sent me a link.
