GM, I?m trying this, following the instructions in: Chat and Communications Platform: Using Chat for Remote Alert Notifications but I'm stuck in step 6, since no group is created after step 5. (6. The group will be created and listed in the list of chats on the left of the Chat Window. At this point, only you are the member and it is your own private chat. Whatever messages you send, are seen by no one else but yourself.) I've tried several times. Thanks. |

Try again, and look at the Window >> Message Log and see if there is any error message after you press OK from the Chat Group settings window. If there is any message related to the operation, provide that here. Just copy the text with Edit >> Copy Selection and paste it here.
