Trading Evaluation Mode Not Accounting for Different Currencies

Dear SC team,

I have searched and followed every thread / Documentation I can to no avail.

I am using mode Trading Evaluation for a Prop Firm and the account is in USD, however - EUR products are not converting to USD in Account Overviews/Stats/Totals. i.e Eurostoxx is showing 10 USD per tick not 10 Euros. I have checked and checked twice and every setting for Chart, Dom and Account settings I can find are all set. The EUR products i trade all correctly show EUR in their settings.

Do you have any additional advice please?

Thank you for the documentation. I have carefully reviewed everything and have the following issue still:

Currencies and PnL are correctly shown on DOMs,
However the Trade Account Monitor is wrong. The account is listed in USD and that is correct. However, all my Eurex EUR trades show for example "20" PnL in the Trade Monitor when it should be 20 + conversion to USD.

This is resulting in my Trading Evaluation with this respectable firm to be much less than it is :(

I have crawled all docs on your site, i have made sure a EURUSD chart has loaded, currency conversions are happening correctly on the DOM. They are just not be converted and reported correctly to the trade monitor.

Any further advice please?

I have a custom screenshot showing my trade log at 3019.50 (this is USD and correct).
Versus the Trade account Monitor showing only 1902.70. This is incorrect.

The currency of the Trade Account Monitor does not change. It is fixed at USD unless the account is created in another currency.

yes and it is reporting the incorrect USD values per my screenshot.

We should have this resolved this evening.

This is not going to change existing account balance adjustments where a currency conversion should have taken place but did not, for trading in futures contracts in other currencies, different from the currency of the account balance.

I did just want to confirm that this case//support request can be closed :)
Everything is working perfectly now on Trading Evaluation mode! Currencies are being converted to the account summary accurately.
