The Crosshair values are blacked out on both X and Y scales. I have researched all the Support Boards and have not found any suggestions that rectify the problem. I went up and down all the options in the Global Tool Settings and it seems unresponsive. There is a new Graphics Setting for the color of the text in those boxes which is set to black by default.
