Hello, I have a problem regarding payment for my servies, i currently have paid a surplus in USD of 2 months, despite this my services are still blocked, and I'm unable to access software services. The error is when buying a stop "Symbol not found in margin data. Margin requirement not known for symbol. Margin calculation <= 0"

There was an issue the other day where the margin information for MCL which caused an issue with trading for this symbol for users of the Teton Order Routing Service. We have given the information to the brokers that use our order routing for how to resolve this manually while we work out the fix on our end for this. AMP has decided to wait for us to resolve this issue, which we hope to get to today, so you should be fine to trade this again starting on Sunday evening.
