I'm trying to open position on MCLK24_FUT_CME and the aplication give me log "2024-03-28 16:09:54.520 \| Teton CME Order Routing (Order reject). Info: Trade Order Error - Symbol not found in margin data. Margin requirement not known for symbol. Margin calculation <= 0. Invalid. Text: Parent order. Internal Order ID: 3499. Service Order ID: 1336445. Symbol: MCLK24_FUT_CME. Account: 167037 *" The problem is only on that symbol. For example on MGCM24_FUT_CME or 6EM24_FUT_CME everything is ok.

We have given AMP the information for how to deal with this manually themselves. But they are waiting for our general solution to this. We do not know if we can get our general solution implemented prior to the close on Friday. But we do think we should have it ready by the start of trading on Sunday evening (March 31, 2024).
