Cannot cancel order

I left a position open on ES a couple days ago, the position appears to have been closed, but the attached orders are still displayed on the chart. If I try to cancel them, it displays 'pending cancel' for a minute or so, but does not cancel.

In the trade service log, it says:

Not requesting Trade Positions data since there is a current request outstanding.

Also getting 'Order cancellation failed'

I have tried disconnecting & reconnecting to the data/trade service. Also tried refreshing trade data.

I've looked in R Trader, and there are no open positions or orders on these accounts.

Contact your broker to resolve the issue.

First thing we recommend doing is reconnect with File >> Reconnect and try canceling the order again.
