Hi I have SC package 11. I have a real time non-pro data feed from IQFeed for CME and Eurex. I use Jigsaw which will be linked to my IB for execution. I have discovered I can't get my IQFeed real time data for Eurex into SC. A broker I'm talking to has suggested using Rithmic data as that can feed into Jigsaw and also SC. 1. Is the broker correct that Eurex real time data from Rithmic will work in SC, unlike IQFeed? 2. Must I use the Denali feed for real time Eurex? 3. IQFeed used to work a few years ago in the above scenario when I last traded. Can you point me to the update explaining why it will no longer work in SC? Thanks.

1. Is the broker correct that Eurex real time data from Rithmic will work in SC, unlike IQFeed? They are incorrect in their statement. We do have connectivity with any service for EUREX data. To get the EUREX data in Sierra Chart, you need to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed and activate the EUREX exchange. 2. Must I use the Denali feed for real time Eurex? Yes. 3. IQFeed used to work a few years ago in the above scenario when I last traded. Can you point me to the update explaining why it will no longer work in SC? We can not comment on this, as this must have been before our time with the company. All we can tell you is that at this time, you have to get the EUREX data from us.
