How you could ever come to the conclusion that adding another pop-up to our lives is an improvement to your software is beyond me. I use "erase all lines" all the time, so now I lose that option because of this annoying, unnecessary, aggravating pop-up. Go figure. Why not have 2 commands, "erase all lines" and then, right underneath it (alphabetically speaking), "erase all non-text drawings" and let the user choose the command which is most appropriate for their situation? If not that, then something else, anything, anything other than this "twice the clicks, twice the time" senseless pop-up.

There is nothing which is senseless about the prompt to erase all of the Chart Drawings from the chart. This is overdue and should have been added as a safety feature a long time ago. This is good software design to confirm an operation which can cause a significant loss of data. We will add an option to Global Settings >> Tool Settings to enable and disable the prompt. And it's a far mouse move since it is not drawn immediately below the EAL button, but instead is centered on the screen.) This is not the usual case. Where it appears is going to be dependent upon your monitor configuration. Normally it should appear directly over the chart window from where it is selected.
