If there is another board for bugs/feature requests please let me know. I don't want to post this in the wrong area.

I'd like to propose a feature request: shortcuts using mouse buttons. I'd like to be able to clear the recent bid/ask using the two side buttons on my mouse for speed reasons, rather than having to hit buttons on the keyboard. If there's a way to use this with ACSIL I'll look to implement it, but it would be nice to maybe be able to use it via the Trading Shortcuts menu that is already implemented.

Thank you.

There is not another board for this. This board is where you post these items.

We do not know if this will work, as we have not tried to setup the mouse buttons in this way ourselves, but the idea would be to create a Keyboard Shortcut for the "Clear Recent Bid/Ask Volume" then tie your mouse button to do that keyboard shortcut. Refer to the following:
Global Settings Menu: Customize Keyboard Shortcuts (Global Settings menu)

Using ACSIL might be possible, but you will still have to have a way to capture the particular input from the mouse. Refer to the following:

Yes, it works fine this way.

Hi rui, what program did you use to tie your mouse button to the keyboard shortcut? Thanks

Hi there.

I use a Logitech M510 mouse with SetPoint Settings software from Logitech.

This is how we would recommend that you implement what is needed. We recommend doing something like described in post #6.
