Extending Trial - Teton Credentials only recently provided

Hello, I was wondering if it was possibly to extend the trial. I am currently signed up with Apex trading with a Rithmic account and have been going through the "easy solution" set up of signing up for a live funded account with AMP Futures. I was hoping to have it all set up together, including the free trial of the Denali exchange to test it out. I was hoping to have both of them expiring and renewing at the beginning of the month together. If you can extend the trial so that I can actually try the things out together and renew with Service Package 11 at the same time, it would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance!
