Sierra Chart not active after initial load

Hi, when I log on my chart loads but then there is no movement. I only trade oil on NYMEX. If I disconnect and re-connect the chart loads to where it should be but again no movement from that point. I've translated symbols to current service multiple times and every time refreshes to the latest point but still no movement from there onward. I've disconnected and re-connected, deleted all data and download, rolled over to the next symbol, rolled back to the original symbol etc but nothing is working? Been like this since yesterday now. I've opened Chartbooks for FX and they work but I opened one for GC and that wasn't working alongside CL which I trade. I use service package 5 for Sim trading and I've paid for 6 months up until June or July if this helps? Is this an issue with my data feed? Thanks |

Since you are on Package 5, you are using the Delayed Streaming data. As such, when it first loads the missing data, it loads up to the current real-time. Therefore, you need to wait 10 minutes for the time to elapse and the delayed data to start flowing.
