Hello, Right now i have the Advanced Package 11 and I'm on a free trial for the Package 12. I'm logged in Sierra with my TopStep Account for which i pay the Level 2 Data. I tried now to create a heatmap and opened a few chartbooks which should have a heatmap but nothing works. When I'm logged in with my Topstep Acc in Bookmap, everything works fine. What is the Problem? |
