I started off using (Iron beam) in the "Data/trade service settings". Then i switched to (CQG) temporarily and it worked. Now when i try to go back to Iron Beam the charts do not load. It just says Historical Download Skipped. How can i get back to using Iron Beam?

Do you have an account through Iron Beam futures? You must have an account to use that service. It is only for their customers.

yes i do, I never had to input my Iron Beam log in information before. Iron beam was just working for me. So if i want it to work do i just put my iron beam log in info in the "data/trade service settings"?

You need to fill out your Iron Beam CQG Username and Password into the Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings window. Here are the instructions:

You need to enter these for both the trading and market data connections.

Hello,

I did update to the latest version but I still get the "Historical download skipped" with CQG,how can it be fixed?

Restart Sierra Chart.
