Question regarding using Sierra chart Real time.

I'm currently set up with Real time Sierra chart usage for the VIX and the s&p Indices.I noticed the prices refresh every 15 Seconds. Is there a setting where i can minimize that time to maybe 5 seconds?

Whenever the symbol trades, you will see an immediate update. So the frequency depends upon the symbol.
