Getting real data for sub-instances

Hello, could you please help me with setting up the trading service? The fact is that for several months in a row I used Trading Evaluator Delayed to practice simulated trading. I also created 3 sub-instances where the important part of my analysis is. Today I switched to the Teton routing service to trade live and everything works great, but only in my main window, however my sub-instances are not moving, the charts are stuck in place and show no real data. How can I fix this? I hope that I won't have to create new instances and configure everything again. Thank you very much in advance.

Most likely the sub-instances do not have the correct symbols in them. Most likely, when you changed the service in the main instance, you updated the symbols as you were prompted to do so. But the Sub-Instances do not do this, as there is no change to their service (they are still connected to the main service). In each of your sub-instances, open your chartbooks and select "Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service" to resolve this.
