Trade Activity Log Problem

Hey there, I've got a big problem with my Trade Activity Log. In generell it shows me a summary of all my trades and a summary of my daily PnL. but actually it doesn't. i use the quote book, to switch between the markets and today, i made a trade in ES and CL. when i switch to one market, it only shows me the PnL of this market. When i switch to GC it shows me i haven't traded today. It's 0 (zero) everywhere. What have i done? or the better question, how can i solve this, so it shows me in every market the actually PnL of other markets, like it should in general? |

in Example 1 you can see CL, in Example 2 it's ES and in Example 3 you can see GC, when i switched them by quote board. i closed and reopened the trade activity log, but it doesn't matter. same problem |

We assume you are looking at the "Chart Stats" page of the Trade Activity Log. As such, only the active symbol of the chart, at that time, will be what shows in the Trade Activity Log. If you use one of the other pages, then you will be able to see all the trades for all symbols from the same chart. But that specific page will not since it is chart specific. the point is, i believe it was last week, it worked very well. i can't remember to switch anything, just closing the trade activity log because of a accidentally closed, but i can't remember it working this week one time. i reopened it and it seems to be different settings. i've read, what you posted for the trade activity log, but i'm not finding a different. so it should work. maybe i haven't seen a details, i don't know. but settings are as they should be in your tanscription: Trade Activity Log: Trade Statistics for Charts (Chart Stats) Tab |

i've 3 monitors. 1st for execution 2nd for analyssing the market on the first screen 3rd to have an overview of all markets i trade. in this moment i realise that when i get executed (beein in a market here ES actually) i also can't see the trade on my third screen. i general when i got in a trade a saw it on the 3rd screen in the market and in the trade activity log in chart stats that i get filled and what is the PnL right now |

The "Trade Statistics for Charts" works in the way we described and in the documentation. The only thing we can think is that you were looking at a different page on the Trade Activity Log where you were able to see all the open positions - such as the "Trades" page. Or perhaps you had the "Trade >> Trade Positions Window" open. With regards to the multiple monitors, how are those charts setup? Are you using different installations of Sierra Chart or are they one running application with the charts detached and displayed on the different windows? Also, make sure the option for "Trade >> Only Orders from Chart" is not enabled, or this will prevent the display of orders from other charts to show on that chart. i used the trade activity log you can find here "trade>trade activity log". i use multiple monitors, but in only one running application. i only detached them to get them on another monitor (so they will be out of the main space, hope you understand what i try to say). i use the quote book to switch between the markets. when i'm using the quote book, only my execution and analyse monitor will switch to another market. my overview monitor has still the 15 min charts of the markets i use. in the next massege i will make some screenshots for you, that we have no missunderstandings. "Trade >> Only Orders from Chart" is enabled. like i said, some time ago, maybe a week is was working very well. for example i get filled in a trade in CL and now changed to GC i saw in the trade activity log my postion in CL and on the 15min chart on my overview monitor. i could exactly see what was going on and could react in the overview chart. at the moment it's different. same example and when i switch the market, my trade activity log is empty (there would be only shown older or active position of the market is switched to, here gold. but no other one. did i have a trade in ES and CL or which constellation you would image, it wouldn't be shown, until i switched to the market i was filled. but i can see only the market i switched to). Does i have 3 positions at the same time (CL, GC and ES) i can only see the open market in trade activity log and on my overview monitor. The other markets were looking like they don't exist or i don't have a filled position in it |

to underline my example. some minutes ago, id did a trade on GC. when i opened GC there is no problem. when i switch to ES it looks like these (have a look to the uploaded screenshots). when it worked well, i could shwitch to ES and it should shown me the same like when i had GC open |

here an example what i tried to tell you, that positions, orders, etc. are not shown on my overview monitor. at the same time this happned, my trading activity log didn't show me the summery of all markets, only of the one market i had open on my execution and analyse monitor. |

You mentioned above that you have the option for "Only Orders from Chart" enabled. Make sure this is NOT enabled (i.e. disabled) by ensuring that you do not have a checkmark next to it. In particular, you want this for the charts in the other windows where you are keeping the 15 minute charts for each product. From everything you are stating, this should resolve the issue, as you were not having those charts show any information. With the option disabled, those charts will show the information, and it will then show in the "Chart Stats". It's not activated (screenshot). in every chart it's deactivated. but this doesn't solve my problem. i still can't see in the chart stats filled positions of other markets |

i now tested it in sim too there it is mainly working, but have problems with the different contracts. sierra say i need a rollover for ES, NQ and YM, but it don't save the rollover when i changed market with quotebook. in the end some trades were shown and other not. i don't understand this problem. can you please tell me, what has to be activated that i can just have a look, so it should work? when it's still not working i will contact again. i need it to trade in different markets at the same time. otherwise it will make me crazy this switching all the time. when it would be only shown in my overview screen, it would help a lot. then the trade activity log wouldn't be that necessary, but using both is the best option. i mostly made the trade managament on my overview screen. swtiching from 15min to 1min chart and adjust the SL |
