Killed Sierra Chart by adding ZigZag

I added a ZigZag line to a Tick Chart about and hour ago (probably a silly thing to do),since which Sierra Chart is completely unusable with "not responding" continuously. I've closed the programme several times without result. I did manage to get to the chart studies window and selected "remove", but it doesn't seem to want to play ball and the ZigZag study is still showing in the list.

Is there a simple solution for this?

Thanks

Okay, fixed this now thanks ~ I renamed the chartbook which seemed to help a little and was just about able to get to the chart setting window to set days to load to 1. I was the able to get to the study window to set more appropriate parameters for the Zigzag study (the one I loaded had default settings not suitable for this chart).

If the Chartbook is automatically opened it and it has a study on one of the charts which is causing a nearly endless loop, then you would have to rename the Chart book.
