hey, i am having difficulties with sierra respecting my orders, price will go through them and not fill them, it has happed a few times this week and i can not figure out how i am not getting filled when price goes through my order.

in my live account . price will not fill my orders when it goes through them, and will get me in and out randomly at a price i did not have a order in , its like i have no control,any advice would be helpful, its happing right now didnt get filled again

Our servers show that you are connected to the "Teton Order Routing Service". If this is correct, then the problem is that you do not have any exchanges active to get the real-time data for the CME Group. You need to activate the exchange(s) for which you want real-time data at the following link:

YES I AM CONNECTED, I WILL GET FILLED SOME TIMES BUT I HAVE NO CONTROOL, I JUST BOUGHT AT 5110 PRICE WENT UP TO 5117 I HIT FLATTEN BUT THAT DIDNT WORK THEN A FEW SECONDS LATER MY CONTRACTS WERE SOLD WITH OUT ME DOING ANYTHING AND IM WAS DOWN 47 POINTS, NOT SURE HOW THIS IS HAPPINING I SHOULD OF BEEN IN THE PROFIT RIGHT. IF YOU BUY AT 10 AND SELL AND HIT FLATTN AT 17 YOUR ACCOUNT BALENCE SHOULD GO UP RIGHT, MINE HAS NOT BEEN DOING THAT , ITS LIKE SOMEONEELS IS CONTROOLING MY ORDERS OR MY ORDERS ARE NOT GETTING FILLED CORRECTLY, LAST WEEK I COULD NOT GET OUT AND IT COST ME AROUND $1500, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHATS GOING ON, THANKS

yeah something is still not right, i can not get out of trades every time i hit flatten it just gets me long or short, i woke up this morning down 500 points but have not traded, some thing is not right , i have pretty much lost all the money in my account in 2 weeks and haven't really done anything. i should of reached out earlier, but yeah i cn not get out . every time i hit flatten it just puts me on the other side

it just happened again , order just popped up and im on the other side, i have not done anything and orders are just popping up filled with out my brackets to protect my positions , how is this happening, my account is down to 100 now and i cant figure out how to just flatten my position,

Do you see a difference with the position quantity for the symbol between the Position you see in Trade >> Trade Positions Window, and the Position quantity displayed on the chart and the Trade Window associated with the chart?

When you want to flatten, use the Flatten button on the Trade Positions Window for now.

ok i will try the one on the trade position window
yes i am 10 contracts short on the charts right now on a order i can not control , i have no data at all on my positions window and the trade account monitor open position is 0 right now, i can not hit flatten on charts and when i hit flatten on the account monitor window it reverses my position. i am always short or long it seems i cant just get out of the market, i dont have the margin to hold over night but it still put me in a trade.

If the Trade Positions Window shows a position Quantity of 0, then you are flat for the symbol.

The Flatten button on the Trade Account Monitor will also put you actually flat.

Regarding the incorrect Position in the chart, refer to:

yeah i know but my chart is saying that im in a trADE, I HAVE LOST OVER $3500 DUE TO THIS NOT WORKING AND WOULD LIKE TO FIGURE IT OUT, I WOKE UP TODAY DOWN 300 POINTS BUT I ONLY HAVE $140 IN MY ACCOUNT , I AM NOT ABLE TO TRADE PROPERLY.

As long as you do not see a position in Trade >> Trade Positions Window then there is no position. What you see on the chart is not correct. The PL is not correct there either since no position actually exists.
