Data were already refreshed by Delete All Data and Download

I understand. I had gap in data due to expiration of SC real-time data feed, paid later but didn't "activate" again.
Please confirm - if this happens (expiration of data feed due to not enough credit), do I have to "activate" SC data-feed manually after processing payment?

You do have to manually reactivate the data feed after adding additional credit to your Additional Services Balance. Follow the instructions here:
