In order to use Teton, you are asking to open an account at Stage5 with 100$ account balance to use the teton routing free of cost. Stage5 is asking for monthly fees of 100$ for membership . I did not understand this.

They are not asking for a monthly fee. The are asking for a single $100 deposit to keep your account open. Double check this with them.
