When switching from Trade simulation Mode on to live trading, my account number does not appear in the command panel in the platform. The field where the account number used to be is empty. I can't figure out how to set it up correctly again.

It should be there. Have you selected the menu to see if the trading account is actually listed, but a blank just happens to be showing? Refer to the following:

I understand, but I don't see the account number at all, only the sim.
I also don't see the amount in my AMP account correctly.

It sounds like you are having a problem connecting to your AMP account. What order routing service are you setup to use with AMP (CQG or Teton)?

When updating the platform, there was a message that I had to switch to Denali data and to avoid paying the data fee twice, once Denali and once CQG, so there was also a notification to stop receiving data on my (AMP) account for this reason, i.e. CQG.
So what should I do please?

You still need your system to be connected to CQG in order to trade that account. You are just going to get your data from our Denali Exchange Data Feed instead of from CQG.

I'm looking for my account number so I may activate my paid service using the Zelle feature. I have looked under the help tab of my chart then about. I do see my username however I'm not sure if my account number is there. I do see a number that is listed as Revision (Read Only)? Is this my account number? It is 5 digits long.

Sierra Chart does not have an Account Number. Your Sierra Chart Account Name is the item you want to associate with the payment.
