I cannot find the instruction for how to enable price labels for horizontal line drawings on my bar, candlestick and TPO charts. Help please. Thank you.

Thank you. Now, is there a way to adjust the price labels so that they are centered(bracketed) on the horizontal line far right next to scale, perhaps in an outline(rectangular)so that, obviously, the horizontal line itself does not have to run through the price label text itself. This is very common in other charting platforms. Something to this effect, for example-----------------[1967.50]--?????

Yes of course. Also in the same Horizontal Line Tool Configuration/Properties window there is Horizontal Align and Vertical Align settings.
