Trouble connecting Rithmic Uprofit accounts to SC

When finding a video how to connect to rithmic on sierra charts, I've followed the instructions as so - open global settings - Data/trade service settings - change current selected service to 'Rithmic Direct - DTC (trading)' - then select the appropriate heading under 'server (list)' ( I want UprofitTrader-Chicago-aggregated ) but when I click on serever (list) it just comes up with a blank screen, not giving me the option to locate UprofitTradr-chicago-aggregated. Using package 11 with live data, any suggestions?
