Issues with tickers on EUREX and CME

Hi there, I've got 2 issues: 1. There are missing tickers from active futures traded on Eurex such as: FBK2, FMK2, FMCH, FSMX( for this one you have old contract that Eurex is not using anymore). I tried to look for those and to update from server, could not find them. 2. CME got Nikkei225 futures contracts: NKD and NIY. When loading those contracts i could get only 10 levels of bid/ask on Dom/Market Depth Historical graph. That is pretty strange,cause with any other CME contract I can get many levels by default. Moreover in my CQG connection, I can get more than 80 levels for those contracts, meaning CME is not limiting them. Please advise. Thank you very much in advance. |

Hi again, few issues with those tickers: 1. FBK2, FMK2 not loading at all, giving me an error(i added the screenshot) 2. FSMX giving me delayed message, market depth historical graph available only from the time the chart open, no history. 3. FMCH loading fine, market depth historical graph available only from the time the chart open, no history. 1. We cannot help with that. All available data is getting processed for these. 2. If the data is delayed, we cannot help with that. It must indicate infrequent trading. We will check on historical market depth data for this symbol. 3. We will add a historical market depth data support for the symbol. The symbol format is not relevant here.
