Downloading intraday data -- number of days

I just pulled up a chart for a stock I have not looked at since May. SC (using IQFeed) downloaded only 30 days of data, so I have a gap from June until July 7. My "Max Historical Intraday Days To Download" setting is 370 non-tick, and 30 tick. Shouldn't it fill in data from the last date on the chart until the present, particularly with these settings?

This is perhaps a related issue so I'm posting it here. At my home computer now, and deleted @ES#C and redownloading the data. Tick data is set to 30 days, non-tick to 370 days. Using 1169. Message log is attached, showing a minute data request beginning only 30 days ago, whereas it should be 370 days ago.

This will be solved in the next release. We do remember this kind of problem during a multistage download and it was not easily solved but we will implement a solution. For most of the services Sierra Chart supports, multistage download is not done.
