Trading DOM and Market Depth Window only show one level

Hi, I'm new to SC and just activated the trial period. I'm trying to see market depth data but I'm not able to do it. The DOM and Market Depth Window show only one level as seen in the attached images. With the Delayed Streaming Data, we are not allowed to give out Market Depth data for the U.S. Equities. This is something that the exchanges require is paid for in order to receive it. In order to view Market Depth to get a feel for it in Sierra Chart, we recommend using the Futures from the CME Group. ES or MES from the CME Exchange in particular, as these are very liquid products. For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing
