Hello Sierra, How can I download historical charts saved to my computer as a backup up to Sierra charts as I am missing charts within Sierra? Thanks, LF |

First, your Sierra Chart software keeps backups of relevant files. Refer to the following for chartbooks: Chartbooks (Workspaces): Accessing a Backup Chartbook File The general information for how to use a chartbook provided to you (or from your own backups) is here: Chartbooks (Workspaces): Using a Chartbook Provided by Sierra Chart Support The important point is that you need to put the file in the 'Data' folder.
