I have a similar problem except I downloaded version 1169 directly from your website (because the error depicted above) with the new spreadsheet version and now NONE of my alerts works!? See attached capture. What is going on and please point me back to version 1157!? HELP!!!!!!!!!! Date Time Of Last Edit: 2014-08-03 22:27:18

Found version 1157. Re-installing my instances to this and will wait until 1169 is ready for download without a hitch.

We will look into the Alert Formula error. The solution to the problem is to use 1169 with the Old Spreadsheets. Update by selecting Help >> Download Current Version. The problem with the error with Simple alerts appears to be related to the new spreadsheets. We are going to be looking into it on Monday.
