i have paid for the sierra package (11) and paid for the pro CME data feed but when am going to log in my account which is not a live account but i paid the higher price of $140 but the server list of the rithmic is empty i want to login my demo acount

After Selecting Rithmic for your service, you need to select OK to close that window, wait 5 seconds, then open it again.
